Treasures of the West: Desert Chapel

Desert Chapel is a photo taken in the heart of Nelson's Ghost Town just south of Boulder City Nv.

This old wooden chapel was tucked in behind some other buildings within the ghost town. There is something about a beautiful wooden structure that just jumps out to me. We are so used to seeing giant structures with incredible architectural designs and features.

We forget that back in the day, most places were 4 walls and a roof with a few windows and a door/doorway!
