1/1: 16 self diagnosis

The loop, over and over again, caught like a rat on a sinking ship inside of my own head. All the solutions to date drowned in the sea of failure. One more attempt and the loop starts again. There is no forward when the path curves always to one side. Plugged in, breakers blowing, errors adding up. What’s the answer to break out of the rut that’s swallowed me into its dark embrace?
