fiducial markers - totality VIII. last light

totality is one work from fiducial markers: a single continuous composition, seed c3d9, rendered at monument scale and cut into nine panels, and where each panel ends, the next begins. It is painted in penumbra warm, a palette built from three plates of the five hundred and unreachable by any mint, composed elemental radial at a density beyond the collection's ceiling, rigged throughout with deep-sag cordage, and carrying seven of the collection's instruments at once: mega vision, loupe, orbits, constellation, ghost, confetti, and the sequencing figure. Nine suns cross the wall on one drawn arc; at the apex the moon takes the sun, and the artist's wallet rings totality, forty ticks, byte boundaries heavier. The plate named itself mint. The recipe was frozen on August 12, 2026, the day of a total solar eclipse, and the work's definition is permanent: the program at https://arweave.net/3IV0Smu-g9ycACtxtqO-BTuDtAbRqE1sZT7vWScrxdc, the parameter record at https://arweave.net/dlLSJnkgHdh3S1c_ArVvjlvuasy1fhmgi_Sg7eJLLKI, and the wall master at https://arweave.net/_gr6s5gOA-59GdKVk0KMTyRZ0UM0qLhZ7i4Pekvsc50 together reproduce the monument exactly, at any scale, forever.
