Beverly Hills - September 2017 :: I love the idea of using light and shadows to conceal or to expose things. When photographing the human form shadows can play a important role. Concealing your sitters form via shadows can drive a totally different narrative than exposing.

On the lest set of one of my shoots with Monica we explored this idea. A contrasted setting only lit but a desk lamp aided in our efforts. Utilizing high lights and shadows to her form delivered to us an end result that we both loved. The power of collaborating is important.
