Imaginary Canvases: Canebrake by Aghaei

In the creation of this work, I was immersed in listening to the ballad which is called "Atash Dar Neyestan" (Fire in Canebrake) by Shahram Nazeri. The passionate theme of Molana Rumi's poetry, the beautiful rhythm and music of Jalal Zulfonoun and the magical voice of Shahram Nazeri all helped to create this magnificent artwork in a short time. In this artwork, I tried to picture exactly this verse from the Masnavi Manavi of Molana Rumi: "The flame became engaged in its work, Every reed became a funeral candle for itself." In Canebrake Artwork, I have used golden color to show the flames and purple color to draw the foggy and smoky atmosphere of canebrake.
