Night Reflection Six by Kim Henry & Eric Pare: Night Reflection 6.5

The double duets. We usually create as a duo. But through the years, we also had the chance to meet and create with people that were experimenting with the technique. This was an unexpected creative night with a duo we love: Zach Alan & Juli Thornton. That night, for the first and only time, we did a quartet. Synchronizing their rhythm & movement, Eric & Zach performed together as Kim & Juli were holding their breaths. Quite a challenge that created good memories.

This picture is part of a chapter that represents exceptions in our creative journey. Some were unexpected or fortuitous, almost accidental. Others were creative experiments that we only tried very few times. All of them are unique, rare, and startling: The unexpected verities. All part of our long creative process, they all had an impact on our artistic expression. But as we consider that we are always at the beginning of something, we know we’ll keep exploring, hoping to create other unexpected pieces along the way.
