When the dry sand days come into play I should have on shin guards.

I seriously have shin cuts and bruises like I was in a kick boxing tournament. Not to worry I'd do it again. Today I am so beat up I need to stay in AC for like 7hrs and hibernate. LOL!

My body is torched but in a good way. The soul is full! Wave art is one of which is so unique that putting in hrs of work is needed. After a few hrs out the tide went down and the swell picked up.
