The Tower of Transience

In this artwork, a figure meditates before a cosmic tower, reflecting Shantideva's meditation on mortality. Surrounded by the night and lively trees, they sit where the material and spiritual converge, facing a spacecraft symbolizing the quest for escape from life's end. Nature's impermanence surrounds them - flowing water, shifting leaves, twinkling stars - each marking time's passage. This scene contemplates life’s fleeting beauty against the constancy of death, urging peace and wisdom as solace against the inevitable.
