Eternal Summer | 永遠の夏

Haiku | 俳句

Eternal summer, festivals in Japan's heart, joyful spirits bloom.

-

In the land of the rising sun so bright, Summer festivals ignite the night, lanterns aglow, a vibrant display, as ancient traditions come out to play.

Yukata-clad, we gather with glee, under the stars, by the shrine, you see, taiko drums thunder, dancers twirl, in this season of magic, our spirits unfurl.

From fireworks bursting in colors so grand, to sweet treats and stalls that line the sand, Bon odori circles, a dance of delight, Summer festivals in Japan, a sheer pure light.

With friends and family, we unite, in this warm embrace of a summer's night, a festival's spirit, so timeless and free, a cherished tradition for all to see.
