The 10th E State: Board Meeting - The 10th E State

Harman's latest painting Board Meeting, delves deep into the intricate dance of decision-makers within the realms of technology, power, and reality's mutable landscape. These figures, sitting against the urban tableau, are not just any professionals; they are the puppeteers of corporate and governmental strategies, the architects of change, caught in a pivotal moment of deliberation. What they are deciding remains enigmatic, adding to the painting's allure. Blending traditional digital painting techniques with AI, Harman presents them convening in an uncharacteristic urban backdrop, perhaps symbolizing the intersection of public scrutiny and private agendas. The blurred emblem, reminiscent of a malfunctioning digital screen, subtly hints at the fragile veneer of their authority and the transient nature of power. The fragmented architectural background adds to the dislocation, juxtaposing sharply against these defined arbiters of fate. In a world increasingly mediated by technology and defined by virtual landscapes, Harman's painting becomes a reflection on the shifting terrains of power and the decisions that shape our collective futures.
