The Zebra of Life

... Yes, we will remove the black stripes from the zebra as a symbol of the path of life of any of us.

Black stripes, white stripes, you know. Not everything "white" is achieved in easy ways, sometimes you have to go through something.

In childhood, as fate would have it, I was raised by my grandfather instead of my dad. Grandpa was VERY strict with me. I was scolded for "good" grades. I had to study for an "excellent" grade.

Otherwise, "what was the point of compromising on your education?" - that's what grandpa thought. I didn't understand him, i thought he was too harsh on me, i thought he was "bad".

But now I have grown up and I am immensely grateful to him. I understand why he was strict - he wanted the best for me. There are many such aspects, I think we all have them. Other faces, other situations.

But the "Zebra of life" is the same for everyone.
