Inhale, Exhale.

Moments of tranquility, surrounded by the sound of your breath and the occasional rockfall.

This image was taken after hiking 1 mountain, and then climbing another mountain in Canada. Standing above the clouds while watching the mountains and lake below, it felt what I imagine a bird to feel like. It’s quiet up there. It's freeing.

Intense presence is required in times like this, but it should be required everywhere. Experiences like this give me a sense of perspective I can only attempt to share through my words and through my work. Don’t forget to take a minute to inhale, exhale, and be still.
