Where is Wally on the Blockchain?

As a child I used to love finding Wally (Waldo) in Martin Handford's illustrations. One's location contributes to one's identity. But where would Wally be if he was an NFT? The decentralised nature of the blockchain means he would simultaneously be everywhere and nowhere.
