Bill, A Freshman Geek

a representational, moving portrait of bill, a character from the late 90s show, one that i believe was a defining moment of the 90s moving into the 00's even though it was a under-appreciated and forgotten.

28 frames rotoscoped and digitally collaged make up this frenetic gif of bill on picture day. this piece celebrates the outsiders, the ones with too much to say or not enough and the ones that look, feel and/or think differently.
