Throne of the Dark Clown

The title of this piece comes from the appearance of the main character (the one in the harlequin/plaque doctor/carnival-esque mask in the middle). To me, this artwork looks like they're sitting on a throne, with a beach on each side whose skulls shine blue, and possibly a third creature at the front, looking out with dead eyes directly at you, the one looking at this artwork ;)
