Celestial Beings S15

CBS15 is from the Neon planet. All the creatures in this world have strikingly vibrant colours. The whole planet acts like a neon lightbulb, it's caused by cold cathode gas discharged from below the surface which interacts with a highly metallic crust that is charged by electromagnetic radiation and low planetary pressure, causing it to emit coloured light. The beings are not highly evolved but appear content in their lives. Living amongst such vibrant colours must therefore be a pleasant experience.
