Celestial Beings: Celestial Being S13

CBS13 derives from an unpleasant planet with day times temperatures of over 130 Fahrenheit and nighttime barely above freezing. The planet experiences regular extreme weather events consisting of large duststorms and powerful tornados. The specimen has evolved to take advantage of the situation. They live in a subterranean tunnel system its species has expertly dug out over generations that both protect them and provide them with a constant food source. They wait and set traps for rodent and reptile-like creatures that enter the cave system to escape the storms. However, CBS13 has tself also been preyed upon by another species it shares the planet with because it has a low level of intelligence and inability to defend against this more advanced species. However, because of several devastating wars, an egalitarian revolution has emerged with the former now providing food and other technologies, including special goggles and masks that enable them to leave the cave system.
