Furious Five: The Furious Five at Sugar Hill studios, 1981.

In the winter of 1981 Grand Master Flash and the Furious Five recorded their most iconic album, The Message. I photographed them both during and between takes at these historic sessions at Sugar Hill studios in New Jersey. These images have never been published or shown. Collectors of the nfts from this series will receive a signed and dedicated archival print upon request.
