I faced some hard times in my life, as we all do. I had cancer and terrible chronic pain, and mental problems before surgery and after. I felt burned from the inside, but meanwhile, I had a lot of situations with people when they just told me to smile, to be positive. I always had the feeling that they were just not comfortable around me when I looked sad, so I had to fake and pretend a lot. I also had beautiful and joyful moments in my life, and I'm a very positive person in general, but some social behaviour patterns make me wonder why the heck they all want to see my fake creepy smile if they see my fresh wounds. It's just a visual short story about toxic positivity; I hope you like it even if it's sad.
