誇

The character "誇" was initially hand-written on a piece of newspaper, later scanned, digitally reconstructed, and animated.

"誇" signifies both pride and exaggeration in Japanese. The artwork remains the face of the newspaper as its background—a potential symbol of the media, political positioning, and social status, etc.

Although the piece is fundamentally composed of language characters, its interpretation is likely to vary, depending on personal and cultural contexts.
