A Lost Love

I close my eyes and see your face, A memory so sweet and true, I long to feel your lips on mine, And to be lost in you.

But you're gone now and I'm alone, With only dreams to hold, But even in death, my love for you, Remains as bright as gold.

I'll kiss you in my heart, And hold you there so tight, For though you're gone, my love for you, Will keep burning bright.

I'll keep our memories alive, And hold them dear and true, And I'll kiss you in my heart, And keep on loving you.

Though you're not here to hold me, Or feel my lips on yours, I'll keep on kissing you, And keep you in my heart forever more.
