A Trophy Hunter’s Paradox

The Human Species is a large group of Trophy Hunters. This is largely due to dopamine. Do something good, and the brain gives a reward.

Love and comfort are the two most potent trophies to make themselves apparent in modern society.

Love seems to take care of all emotional needs, and the idea of comfort refers to the body’s physical needs.

Everyone will do whatever it takes to fulfill those two desires, but only some will realize how much easier being at peace without wants makes attaining the things we really want.

“Happiness will never come to those who fail to appreciate what they already have.”
