THE IMPOSTER

A little bit about myself so you can understand the piece I'm a bit of a perfectionist if not a lot, I constantly doubt myself in what I do and one of the things I love the most; Art, art is one of the paths I walk to distress but most of the time I ended up stressing even more, because I see every single detail that I think is not perfect because of THE IMPOSTER Syndrome, the voices inside my head telling me that I'm not enough, that I'm not going to make it, not only here but anywhere, I fight with it constantly like many people do on daily basis, after my last piece I didn't draw for almost 2 weeks thinking about everything looking for new inspiration trying to learn more to get better on my techniques, but I wanted to give my art a new fresh start with more meaning behind, so while researching I stumbled across a video of Jio Tattoo she was talking about how much she loved to do realisim but she felt like something was missing, so she start throwing free lines and making amazing art out of it, she said she felt free, so I gave it a try and Oh my! never felt this freedom and happiness before, that's why THE IMPOSTER piece was born out of a constant struggle after ending a beautiful art, THE IMPOSTER is dedicated to all the people that fight the THE IMPOSTER SYNDROME everyday, people that Matter people that like me want to keep going not only in art but in life,

In the Art piece you can se in the top part all the voices that we constantly fight, and the bottom part the origami Butterflies which represents spiritual rebirth, transformation, change, hope, and life , Remember that you have all the potential within yourself you just have to get through it and reach it.
