Worn and Torn A past filled with mistakes that can't be unborne I long to lock them away In the mirror, out of sight To escape the suffering and pain of every night. The scars are deep inside, A constant reminder of tears I've cried But To heal and move on from the darkness of yesterday, I face the mirror with heavy heart With a symbol of hope, I vow to Heal and make a new Start.
