The Wanderer Collection: Great Sand Dunes Sunset

Wandering through Colorado on an empty state highway last fall, I passed by Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve for the first time in memory, and there was no doubt I was going to return.

As I left my second trip to the dunes, I glanced back and saw the sunset color and deep shadows combining and pulled over for one more frame.
