"Valhalla"
Not all who fall are lost to dust,
Some rise where only legends must.
Their names unspoken, carved in frost,
Their paths through fire, no moment lost.
The ravens watch, the wyrd is spun,
A thread pulled tight from death to sun.
The spearhead sings, the blood remembers,
The echo held in ash and embers.
No throne awaits, no crown is due,
Just truth revealed in what they knew.
A hand raised once, a breath held long,
A final act that wrote the song.
No need for gods to call it right,
They stepped alone into the night.
And in that hall beyond the flame,
Valhalla sang what none could tame.
