Tardigrades: Enter Metaverse

Caregivers go through a lot. Something many people don't know that a caregiver goes through a burnout phase. Its length differs from one to another. Usually ends in a massive amount of guilt.

It's nature's way of telling us that our souls aren't in sync with our bodies. Like robots. We're moving, functioning and doing our daily chores. But we are not showing feelings. We reached a point where we get scared of feelings.

Feelings mean we are always on alert of something bad might happen. Feelings mean laughing hysterically and uncontrollably at a stupid situation. Feelings mean crying long nights not knowing if tomorrow is going to be a good day.

Reality doesn't impress you anymore as you want to escape it. Go to another dimension. Find rest.
