6maker commission: Roku's Tattoo Parlor

Roku's parlor has been Grace's home ever since she first entered Hilumia. Roku took Grace in as her daughter when she was broken and homeless. Roku didn't adopt her because she took pity but there was a greater force in Grace that only Roku could control with her enchanted needle. Their infamous reputation was well known. The word on the alley was clear: "Mess with Roku. There is no saving Grace"
