A Cosmic Scientist is trying to create a substance he calls Neutral matter by being affected by the interaction of antimatter and matter. Thus, at any time, he will be able to transform the substance (Neutral matter) he has created into antimatter or matter. Thanks to this, he can recreate the Big Bang or it can generate infinite energy
