untitled: UN 06

Acrylic on Paper (Animated)

Untitled 06 (Metamorphosis in Stasis) is a contradiction that speaks to change that never truly completes itself. Humanity wears masks unlike any other species—able to say one thing and mean another, to present one version of the self while concealing another beneath.

If we shed enough, do we arrive at something real, or do we simply find another mask waiting underneath?
