Schmaints: Saint Kalashnikov of Bikenibeu

Ready-made symbols of resistance for a digital age.

Inspired by Christian Borys' Saint Javelin of Ukraine, which was an homage to Chris Shaw's Madonna Kalashnikov.

Conceived and executed in 2022 shortly after the Russian invasion of Ukraine; minted in 2025 as the war drags on.
