Always Has Been: Chapter 1: The 1998 NYC Student Park Restoration Initiative

In 1998, a group of students in New York City launched a grassroots initiative to rejuvenate a neglected local park. Equipped with basic gardening tools, they transformed the space by cleaning, planting flowers, and maintaining its beauty.
