Theyyam_Kudiveeran

Theyyam is the popular ritual art form in Northern Kerala, India. there are more than 400 forms of Theyyams are performing here. Kudiveeran is a Warrior God born in the home of the most ferocious warriors of earth. As Kudiveeran lived for the prosperity of his people, his enemies always feared him. Hearing the words of his enemies the God of heaven send Yaman-the God of Death to take Kudiveeran and Kudiveeran along with Yaman went to Thirunelli, a place in Kerala, India and disappeared in the banks of Mayathan river and thus veeran became the Kudiveeran Theyyam.
