Crazy Phygicals: The Big Lie

His lies, a web of deceit,
spun to ensnare and entrap;
The smoke and mirrors of his deceit
lingered around his cronies,
a cloak of false solace
that cloaked their own misdeeds.

Their lies a twisted sort of truth
that kept them in line and in power,
but ultimately left them empty and weightless,
as the big liar and his accomplices
reaped the rewards of their deceit.
