The background consists of 29, 200 pixels. Each pixel represents one day. 29,200 days equal 80 years, which is the average length of a person's life.

As time goes by, each pixel turns into a dead pixel, symbolizing the days we won't get back. The human face shows the struggle against time and how it cannot be won.

Some dead pixels are lighter, and some are darker. It symbolizes significant days in a person's life, days of joy, fulfillment and happiness as well as days of sorrow, grief, pain and anguish.

When the time is up “we” are transferred into to the unknown. What we know for sure is that we don't know what the next phase is. But the ending notes of a piano sonata raise hope for a possible sequel.
