Visual Meditations on Nature: Breath of Life

Breath of Life is a piece about the natural cycle of life, growth and decay.

Inspired in the traditional ceramic style “Talavera” from the mexican state of Puebla and adorned with a bird of paradise flower, it serves as a visual meditation that seeks to reconnect the viewer with the natural world and its cultural roots.

The piece tries to create a conversation with the past to inform the future: creating a clash of natural and traditional aesthetics established by the Talavera and natural motifs juxtaposed against a digital animation, only appreciated through screens
