Gifed #17 v1

Gifed is a fully on-chain collection of generative gifs. This collection will be home to multiple versions, each defined by a rendering contract.
v1 is the inital exploration of a technique, testing the limits of both the gif format and evm. squeezing colours from where they should not belong, like blood from a stone.
