Physical Delivery All physical artworks will be delivered once, directly by the Artist to the Primary Collector after the auction concludes. The delivery package includes: All 150 original artworks A signed Certificate of Authenticity and Rights Transfer Reference to the signed License document Packing and international shipping costs will be coordinated transparently with the Primary Collector.
Secondary Market Notice In the event of any resale or transfer of this NFT: All responsibilities related to the physical artworks — including storage, insurance, transportation, customs, and any future delivery — rest entirely with the current NFT holder The Artist bears no obligation to re-ship artworks or re-issue certificates after the initial delivery
Important Clarification These artworks were historically minted and sold as NFTs on Ethereum, Tezos, and Avalanche. This NFT does not transfer ownership of any previously minted NFTs associated with the individual artworks. All prior NFT ownerships remain valid and unaffected. This token functions independently as a master physical ownership and rights transfer record.
