In this journey of life, we have many ebbs & flows, ups & downs, periods & experiences that may cause pain, & others which heal lift & console.

This musical expression is highlighting that through the pains we may suffer, there is always something which can be learned or drawn from them, ultimately when innerstood, leads to glory; whether externally noticed & acknowledged by others, or more importantly, at least primarily, internally & personally to recognised & commended by & to one-self.

It delves into the duality of outcomes , through choices &/or circumstances; & the paradox of similar yet contrasting opposites.
