'A Fall From The Rosenbridge' is a multimedia project by GЯIFF (Matt Griffin), originally conceived for Foundation in 2022.
The project began with SUPERLUMINAL, an original 1/1 audiovisual animation depicting travel through an Einstein-Rosen bridge, the theoretical spacetime connector that links two distant points in the universe.
From SUPERLUMINAL, 14 still frames were extracted and transformed into vintage comic panels, each carrying a line from an original poem of the same name. The poem describes the experience of that journey: consciousness stretched across spacetime.. identity dissolved & reassembled.. cause & effect inverted.
The project was designed as a 1/1/15 on Foundation. 15 tokens, one of which would reveal as the full poem upon sellout, with that collector receiving SUPERLUMINAL as a gift. It stalled at 7/15 and was never revealed. Foundation subsequently closed.
Rather than let the work remain permanently stalled, the artist resolved the project manually in 2026, distributing the 14 panel pieces to the original collectors weighted by participation, with the poem piece and SUPERLUMINAL determined by random draw.
