The 29th Æther, A Chronovar.

Chronovars are extra dimensional Æthers that traverse time and space. They can defy the linear flow of time, allowing them to travel through eras and dimensions, collecting and sharing cosmic knowledge. Chronovar's do not speak, instead they transfer wisdom and information through light itself.

Through sheer focus and a form of meditation, they can harness the radiance within themselves to travel vast distances at the speed of light.

Throughout human history there have been myths and accounting's from various cultures and civilizations regarding interactions with aliens and extra dimensional beings, many of these accounting's were likely humans encountering a Chronovar.
