Face of Lines
"Face of Lines" is a captivating work that uses a delicate and inventive technique. An embroidery thread outlines the silhouette of a face on paper, combining meticulous craftsmanship with creative spontaneity. Black spray paint adds texture and depth, while removing the thread reveals ethereal white traces in stark contrast with the dark background. The result is a harmonious balance between control and chance, simplicity and complexity.
Symbolically, the silhouette evokes the fragility and identity of the human condition, akin to fragmented thoughts and memories. The contrast of black and white highlights the duality of light and shadow, presence and absence. With its elegant forms and profound meaning, this piece invites reflection on the essence of humanity, forged in the tension between order and chaos.
The physical artwork, unique and original, sized 100x70 cm, will be delivered in person or shipped to the collector.
