Heatwave Companions: Mister Skull

Mister Skull rides a walking fish but he never drinks water (don't ask me what's in the bottle - definitely not something you'd like to drink). Also, if you stay too long under the sun, it will come towards you to burn your eyes. So don't bother him even if you have sunglasses.
