Parenthood was a journey unlike any other. But for his third destination, CryptoKage had no notes, no notebook, no carefully plotted plans. His life had rocked so wildly that the moment felt like fairy-tale chaos.
The little baby gurgled and babbled, crawling about, when suddenly she pointed at the porthole with a huge grin and said, “Mama!”—her very first word.
Outside, a planet floated joyfully like a balloon, brimming with life. And there, patiently dreaming, stood a little woman.
“Is that your Mama?” asked CryptoKage.
“Mama!” insisted the baby.
Without a second thought, CryptoKage scooped up the baby and steered the small rocket toward the new planet.
Once they landed, the woman was bewildered. Who were these strange little creatures? Aliens?
“I am CryptoKage,” he said, a tear slipping down his cheek as he handed the baby over. “And I believe this baby is yours…”
“My name is Lulu,” she replied softly. “No… this baby isn’t mine,” she laughed. Then the baby chimed in: “Mama!” and looked at CryptoKage. “Dada,” she added.
CryptoKage thought: I may have spent years carefully choosing a planet, planning a life… but this little girl had chosen her family in a single heartbeat.
“She’s so adorable,” Lulu whispered, hugging the baby tightly. “I love her.”
CryptoKage replied “But I should warn you… like all babies, she has plans of her own. If you had any, forget them.”
And just like that, with laughter and wide smiles, a made-up family was born. Perhaps they were meant to be… or perhaps not—but it felt right.
CryptoKage waved to the Mignonverse crew, hearts full of joy, as the rocket streaked across the horizon, bound for new adventures.
