Landscape Stories: Dream Lake by Stephanie Cox

Dream Lake is my favorite spot in Colorado, this is my favorite winter hike. I have always wanted to get the Milky Way over the mountains when its frozen over and snow covered. In the winter it's an impossible shot to get since the Milky Way cannot be seen. So right away I knew that I wanted to do a composite if I could find the right composition. When I found this log setting on top of the frozen lake to use as a leading line, I knew that I had my shot.
