𝒟𝒶𝓎 𝓂𝒶𝓉𝓇𝒾𝓍: 𝑀𝑒𝓂𝑜𝓇𝓎 𝐿𝑒𝒶𝓀

This piece is a reflection on the emotions we never truly erase. Like a computer that slowly loses itself by holding onto fragments it can no longer process, we carry memories that quietly occupy our minds long after the moments have passed.

The room is not simply abandoned, it is inhabited by what remains. The leaking ceiling speaks to the slow collapse that often happens unnoticed, while the buckets represent our endless attempts to contain emotions instead of confronting them. The floating blooms exist in contradiction: beauty suspended in decay, reminding us that even our deepest wounds can give rise to something unexpectedly delicate.

The hooded figure is intentionally anonymous. It could be anyone. It is the quiet moment between breaking and healing, where silence becomes louder than words. The light entering through the window doesn’t erase the darkness; it simply proves that hope can exist alongside it.

This piece is about accepting that not every memory is meant to disappear. Some continue to leak into our present, shaping who we become. Healing isn’t forgetting—it’s learning to live in the room without fearing the rain.
