IDOLS: AmeriKKKa’s Mirror

Cap low.
City rising like a barcode behind.

Pink bleed on one side,
acid green on the right.
Beauty and rot sharing the same wall.

The stare don’t blink.
It indicts with precision.

Beats built from sirens and truthful decision.
Words sharp enough to leave dents in history.

Not here to entertain.
Here to remember.
A friend to the pen.
Words burn hot as embers.
Cleverly disguised verbs returned to sender.
