Comments: The "Future" is 1-minute looping 4-dimensional StyleGAN, in collaboration with Bard Ionson. Upon load, the artwork fetches the latest Ethereum block hash and uses that to determine which version to play. We are blending 366 Polaroids from "Moments of the Unknown" with over 10,000 AI-generated portraits from "Atlas" and exploring the intersection of real and imagined people. This piece offers a vision of various futures, where artificial intelligence and real-world identities merge and morph. Each with a custom ai soundtrack prompted from the images to make new complimentary sounds. Using the 366 polaroids I shot as time markers, while making the Super-8 series. A marriage of analog and digital, blending together the artificial and reality. How the amount of data can juxtapose the clarity and blurriness of imagery. The seamless fusion of analog and digital identities raises questions about the future of humanity in an increasingly technological world.
