Ever had a time where you felt like someone is watching you, only to turn around and realize someone is watching you? Or, bumped into an old friend who you've been thinking about? These seemingly unrelated experiences might be nothing but chance, but according to Carl Jung's theories, they might be more than that.
Jung's theory, called "Unus Mundus" or "One World" states that we live in a unified reality and that we are all "one." According to this view, our subjective reality is nothing more than a "filtered" version of the "One World."
I'd like to remind you that even in physics there's something that Einstein called "spooky action at a distance" that allows one particle to affect another at a distance. There's so much we don't know about our physical reality that it's hard to prove or disprove this theory but until we do, I'd like to think it is true.
So next time you feel alone, remind yourself that we all are connected!
