It wasn't easy to get the Pico-8 fantasy console to glitch in this manner, but I finally figured out a way to do it. Unlike some of my recent experiments combining Pico-8 coding with more traditional glitches using the GNU Imagine Manipulation Program (GIMP) and its animation plugin, this one is all Pico-8 and all code. No tricks.
